Welcome to Retail Rudder. By accessing our website, initiating a strategic engagement, or utilizing our digital build and management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Retail Rudder provides enterprise-grade WordPress development, WooCommerce & Sellbrite integrations, HIPAA-compliant healthcare architectures, and AI marketing video generation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements are defined within individual Statements of Work (SOW) per client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely access to necessary credentials, domain registrars, and brand assets required for digital deployment. Delays in client communication may result in adjusted project timelines.

3. Intellectual Property & AI Generation

Upon final payment, custom code, designs, and architectures built specifically for the client transfer to client ownership. AI Marketing Videos generated by our systems grant the client full commercial usage rights; however, underlying proprietary AI training models remain the intellectual property of Retail Rudder.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we architect highly secure, scalable, and compliant systems, Retail Rudder is not liable for data breaches resulting from third-party software vulnerabilities (unless directly managed under an active retainer), end-user negligence, or issues outside our managed infrastructure.
