For an established business ready to replace a difficult website with a clearer, maintainable WordPress site.

  • Reusable service, location, article and archive templates.
  • Agreed content migration, URL mapping, redirects, canonicals and sitemap checks.
  • Up to 25 priority-page rewrites, agreed length limits and two revision rounds.
  • Representative accessibility and mobile testing, form/call checks, staff handoff and 30 days of post-launch defect support.
  • One verified Google Business Profile location and review of up to five agreed directory or social profiles.

Scope is agreed before work begins. Other retained content is migrated, not fully rewritten. Photography, custom CRM work, paid licenses, advertising, legal approval and unlimited revisions are excluded.

Managed AI Receptionist

For businesses that need a configured answering, screening and message-taking service beyond the owner’s availability.

  • Configured for around-the-clock answering using approved business information and call flows.
  • Lead capture, screening, warm transfers and message taking when you cannot answer.
  • 1,000 included assistant minutes per month; additional minutes $0.35 each.
  • Minutes stop counting after transfer. Unused minutes do not roll over.
  • Tuning, approved information updates and call reporting.

Answers in English and Spanish. Other languages are quoted separately. Carrier/CallRail fees, porting, outbound calling, booking and CRM connections are separate. SMS alerts depend on approved business-texting registration. No emergency-service, universal uptime or spam-filtering guarantee.

Growth + Managed Receptionist + Ads management

Managed Growth already includes Care. The bundle combines Growth ($1,995), Managed Receptionist ($595) and Ads management ($895): $3,485 separately, with a $290 monthly bundle saving.

Six-month initial term, then month to month. Website rebuild and setup fees are separate. A rebuild plus receptionist setup plus Ads audit totals $29,990 one time. Ad spend, extra minutes and provider fees are additional. Above-threshold ad spend and staggered service starts require a written quote before acceptance.

How payment works

Project invoices and monthly service agreements.

Project work is invoiced and paid by wire transfer, using the instructions on your invoice. Monthly services follow the agreed service terms. We confirm scope, milestones and separate provider costs before work begins.

A proposal request does not start a service or create a payment obligation. Retail Rudder does not collect project card payments through this page.
