Website accessibility support
Make access part of the operating system.
Retail Rudder helps organizations make public websites, service routes, media, and digital workflows more usable across devices, input methods, vision needs, motion preferences, and assistive technology.
Accessibility-minded delivery aligned to WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices; final scope depends on the platform, content, integrations, and owner.
Review and remediation
What we inspect and improve.
Work can include design review, semantic structure, responsive testing, keyboard flow, forms, contrast, content clarity, media alternatives, and an owner-ready remediation plan.
Keyboard and focus
Primary navigation, menus, forms, disclosures, links, and calls to action are designed for keyboard use with visible focus.
Structure and perception
New pages use semantic headings, meaningful link labels, readable contrast, responsive text, and layouts that do not depend on color alone.
Media and motion
Video services can include captions, transcripts, accessible on-screen design, and reduced-motion behavior within the agreed scope.
Known boundaries
Third-party and historical content.
MemberPress registration, payment gateways, Synthesia players, WordPress plugins, historical pages, client-authored documents, and linked services may introduce behavior outside this interface's direct control. Retail Rudder prioritizes high-impact issues when identified and documents platform limitations that cannot be immediately remediated.
Need a prioritized plan?
Share the site, affected user journeys, known barriers, platform constraints, and decision deadline. Retail Rudder will route the work to an assessment, remediation scope, or accessible rebuild path.
